ABOUT OUR HOA

Elliot Pointe consists of 179 homes, most of which were built between 1985-1989. Since 1985, the HOA has worked to maintain standards relating to the appearance, upkeep, and community of the neighborhood.

 

The Board of Directors includes a President (or Co-Presidents), Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and ACC Chair. Elliot Pointe retains the professional services of Alderwood Property Management to handle professional services such as bookkeeping and real estate transactions.

 

Annual meetings are held in October or November.

 

Annual Assessments "dues"  are mailed out in early January and are due by April 30 of the same year. Current dues are $200 per year.
